Regulations and Customer requirements management rules

Objectives

To establish and implement rules for managing laws and regulations concerning environment-related substances and customer requirements, and to guarantee the environmental quality of products.
The purpose is to guarantee the environmental quality of products.

Scope of application

These rules apply to Tokyo Resistive Wire Co., Ltd. and its suppliers.

Definition of laws, regulations, customer requirements, etc.

Laws and regulations and customer requirements refer to the following.

Laws and regulations: National laws and regulations, local ordinances, etc.
Customer requirements, etc.: Regional agreements, industry guidelines, customer requirements, and other requirements approved by the Company.

Gathering and responding to information on laws, regulations, customer requirements, etc.

  1. The person in charge of environmental management shall obtain the latest information (including enactment, revision, and abolition) on laws and regulations concerning environment-related substances, customer requirements, etc. by checking each medium.
  2. If a person other than the Environmental Manager obtains information on laws, regulations, customer requirements, etc., he or she should contact the Environmental Manager.
  3. The person in charge of environmental management shall revise the related internal rules, standards, and the list of environment-related substances as needed, and clarify the contents that the company should respond to.
  4. The Environmental Manager will provide written information on the contents of laws and regulations and necessary measures to the President, the person in charge of the execution department, the production group, and the receiving and shipping inspection.
    1. Execute the measures instructed by the Environmental Management Officer.
    2. information on the content of laws and regulations, etc., and necessary measures, etc., to the president, the person in charge of the execution department, the production group, and the receiving and shipping inspection.
  5. The person in charge of the implementation division, the production group, and the receiving/shipping inspection who is provided with the information by the Environmental Management Manager will perform the following.

Establishment, revision and abolition

  1. Enactment, revision, or abolition of these regulations shall be drafted by the Environmental Management Officer and approved by the President.
  2. These regulations shall be implemented from February 24, 2003.
